Tutors are trained on the usage of tools like whiteboard and guided on best practices to be followed while tutoring the students.

Several value added services like user groups, tools and other education related resources are available on this platform.

We have built a one-stop-destination for all players in the ecosystem of education to interact, impart training, learn and collaborate with one another.

Though our platform is online and global we target the regional markets through Area Partners who are our local representative that help the tutors, students and educational institutions by acting as a bridge between the user and 2tion.com

Mr.Sujai.G, Founder & CEO Sujai.G has over 8 years of experience in the field of education. He was working as an educational consultant for World Book and Britannica in Oman and UAE. He specializes in netpreneurship and is the co-author of the books "Browse and Grow Rich" and "Money From Internet". He has an MBA in Marketing and Systems from Madurai Kamaraj University.

Mr.Raghu Rajagopal, Director Raghu Rajagopal is the founder of Energeate a boutique advisory firm based in Chennai. He is an active coordinator of the Chennai Fund and the Secretary and Treasurer of TiE Chennai. Prior to this he was the head of the Chennai Development Center for i-flex.
He has been involved in three entrepreneurial ventures – as the CEO of India operations and head of strategic accounts in SeraNova, as the co-founder and head of Sales for ikigo a Business Activity Monitoring software company, as EVP of Sales and Marketing for Swift Response a BPO venture that was acquired by Aegis an ESSAR company. He has an Engineering degree from BITS, Pilani. .

Ganesh has over 17 years of experience in Information Technology and related services. He spent about 12 years in the United States working for a leading multinational software company and an utility company in different senior level Technology and Management roles where he pioneered the offshore outsourcing model that resulted in tangible benefits for the clients in the US. Ganesh is the Director - Business Solutions at Energeate Business Solutions Pvt Ltd., that is a niche management consulting firm that helps international clients to set up their captive centers in India and helps Indian clients to bring efficiencies in the sales, account management and product development processes.
Ganesh holds a Master's in Computer Science from PSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore.
